Overview

This website is operated by Norvolt Supply, a sole proprietorship in Ontario, Canada. By visiting the site or buying from us you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. We try to describe products and show colours accurately, but screens vary. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, and we'll refund you in full if we do.

Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy.

Warranty and liability

Products are covered by our 30-day defect policy and any manufacturer warranty. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or other consumer law.
