Refund policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Defective, damaged or wrong item: email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and you won't pay return shipping.
Change of mind: items must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer pays return shipping, and we'll give you the return address when you contact us.
Opened earbuds and headphones can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless they're defective.

How to start a return

Email hamzahafiz764@gmail.com with your order number. Please don't send items back before we confirm, since returns sent without approval can't be tracked.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are refunded for defective, damaged or wrong items.
