Processing
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times
Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse (mainly in China) with tracking:
- Most accessories: usually 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- Computers, tablets and phones: usually 7–15 business days after dispatch.
The expected delivery time is also shown on each product page. Remote areas and the territories can take longer, and carrier delays or holidays may add a few days.
Shipping rates (Canada)
Standard tracked shipping is $12 CAD, and free on orders of $35 CAD or more. All prices are in Canadian dollars; GST/HST/PST is calculated at checkout.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. You can also check it on our Track Order page.
Duties
Because orders ship internationally, Canadian import duties or taxes may apply to some orders. Contact us before ordering if you have questions.
Multiple items
Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

International orders (United States)
We ship to the United States. Prices are shown in USD and already include duties and taxes, so there are no surprise fees on delivery. Shipping for US orders is calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, and every order includes tracking.
