Processing and delivery
- Processing: orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: usually 4–7 business days after dispatch via our international tracked shipping partner. Your order ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China.
- Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- Delivery times are estimates. Remote areas and the territories can take longer, and carrier delays or holidays may add a few days.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $12 CAD, free on orders of $35 CAD or more.
- All prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated at checkout.
Duties and import taxes
Because orders ship internationally, Canadian import duties or taxes may apply to some orders and can be collected by the carrier on delivery. If you have questions before ordering, contact us.
Multiple items
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.
